**Responsibilities**:
**Main Purpose**:
In this role, you will define a robust sales strategy aligned with PMF business vision, identify key capabilities to develop in order to create competitive advantages, and coordinate a solid implementation plan to achieve expected results. This role is also responsible for defining and implementing core and new GTM models. The scope of the role considers all channels and BUs and multifunctional interactions with almost all business functions.

**Accountabilities**:

- Sales Strategy: Define sales strategic framework and key commercial capabilities roadmap by integrating a comprehensive customer segmentation strategy and step up value offering for all channels.
- Foresights: Guarantee market tendencies to anticipate and plan correc marketing strategies to deploy our products
- Formats Strategy: Maximize resources to define and implement tailor-made management models for each channel/segment. Optimize cost-to-serve for existing segments and provide route engineering capabilities to enable optimal service levels.
- Business Processes: Guarantee the alignment of sales’ processes ensuring the enablement of sales transformation.
- Productivity: Define and manage robust productivity programs to fund future investments within the sales function.
- Customer Engagement: Identify process opportunities and coordinate actions. Support innovation and initiatives for field aligned with ACP being the main matrix connection.
- Conectados Implementation: Influences and aligns with DSD, WHSL and OT transformation LATAM Stakeholders the program strategy, risk management, and the financial impacts as he is the main accountable of the DSD, WHSL and OT program for PMF. Leads a direct and matrix multifunctional team (sales, ops & functions) to ensure the successful results of the program through current operative PMF teams. Leads and assures the correct DSD, WHSL and OT governance for the program alignment with the OU and LATAM to later align with PMF OU Leaders. Ensures alignment and relationship management with sales field key players in order to involve the team in critical desition making guaranteeing a smooth deployment in order to agilitate de DSD, WHSL and OT value offer. Ensure execution and recover feedback to identfy oportunities for continuous improvement. Guarantee value realization throught the deliverment of results and creating management capabilities. Ensure visibility of operation

Qualifications:

- Bacherlor’s Degree
- 10 years of experience in sales strategy & business transformation
- Driving for results: focus its team and ensure Business goals
- Leadership: ability to manage large teams with wide different backgrounds and generational diversity
- Communication: ability to have Business Strategy deep understanding and communicate it in a clear way to its team
- Analytical: insight selling oriented
- Collaboration: ensure achieving results through team work
