Team Overview:
As the Execution Manager, you will be at the forefront of making sure that our strategies are executed with the highest standard.
Therefore we are looking for someone:
- Get along very well with CRM, ERP softwares at the point to be able to transform strategies into processes that are executable on such tools
- Has a very good business acumen and critical thinking to ensure our strategy pass the due process of what is able to be executed or not.
- Has experience dealing with senior stakeholders, specially with sales teams.
- Think fast on the spot, and under pressure to be able to defend your position
Role Responsibilities:
- Define and establish criteria for what constitutes excellent promotional coverage.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance promo coverage.
- Improve the effectiveness and clarity of sales communications to ensure maximum engagement.
- Streamline operations to reduce the operational load on the sales and engagement teams.
- Lead initiatives to enhance and improve DiDi tools, making them easier to understand and use.
- Trigger the creation of automations solutions to increase efficiency.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure transparency and reliability in promotional results.
- Foster an environment of open innovation, encouraging new ideas and approaches.
- Strategically allocate and manage the budget to ensure all resources are fully utilized.
- Monitor and control spending to align with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and interns, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to excel in their roles.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- 4 or more years of experience in similar positions and promotional execution, process optimization and budget management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (Advance Excel)
- Proficiency in English (Advance level)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate strategies and results clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used for process automation and optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
