Sobre el puesto:
- El Gerente de Maquinarias y Equipos es responsable de la planeación, operación, custodia y mantenimiento de todos los equipos, implementos y maquinaria agrícola y pesada con la que cuenta el equipo de agricultura en las diferentes zonas agrícolas.- Es responsable de elaborar, ejecutar y dar seguimiento a los planes de mantenimiento preventivos y correctivos de todos nuestros equipos.- Es responsable de elaborar los manuales, bitácoras, formatos, programas de capacitación, entrenamiento y certificación a usuarios y operadores de los equipos.- Es el responsable de elaborar los planes de alocación y asignaciones de los equipos a las diferentes áreas de acuerdo a necesidades de cada una de las áreas y regiones según planes de crecimiento, preparación de tierras, plantaciones y mantenimiento de predios.- Es responsable del desarrollo y ejecución de nuestra estrategia de operación y mantenimiento de nuestros equipos y maquinaria.- Es responsable del desarrollo y ejecución de nuestra estrategia de mantenimiento y atención a equipos y usuarios de maquinaria, garantizando la maximización de nuestros recursos (activos, flujo, rentabilidad).- Es responsable de elaborar, analizar, presentar y dar seguimiento al presupuesto de CAPEX y OPEX de maquinaria y equipos de agricultura y maquinaria pesada.- Es corresponsable junto con procurment de apoyar y educar a los compradores a realizar una adecuada comparación entre proveedores, productos, repuestos, equipos, servicios y costos.- Es corresponsable junto con procurment y el equipo de warehousing de la compra, administración, uso y disposición de los repuestos, suministros, lubricantes y consumibles necesarios para la operación de nuestra maquinaria y equipos.- Es responsable de llevar la relación con los proveedores de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a equipos, así como del desarrollo de proveedores bajo nuestras políticas de operación y compras.- Es responsable de hacer los análisis, proveer la información necesaria y recomendaciones a nuestro equipo de procurment para una adecuada negociación, esta última exclusivamente hecha por el equipo de procurment.- Es responsable de aprobar, certificar y homologar estándares y equipos utilizados.- Es responsable de elaborar y presentar los análisis técnico-financieros para la mejor selección y utilización proveedores y equipos propios (o 3eros cuando sea necesario), según necesidades e intensidad de nuestras actividades.- Es responsable de la administración y operación de nuestra maquinaria y equipos, administración, mantenimiento de flotilla e inventario de repuestos de mantenimiento.- Es responsable del llevar registro y seguimiento a bitácoras, inspecciones, polizas de mantenimiento, garantías y acuerdos de servicio con proveedores (arrendamiento, talleres).- Es responsable de minimizar nuestros costos y maximizar el aprovechamiento de nuestros recursos a través de la estandarización y homologación.- Es responsable de elaborar, presentar e implementar proyectos de incremento de productividad, mecanización y automatización la operación agrícola.
Experiência y HabilidadesMínimo 5 años de experiência en la operación y mantenimiento de maquinaria y equipos (agricultura y maquinaria pesada).- Experiência y acostumbrado a trabajar con áreas interdependientes, procesos internos formales y una adecuada comunicación/coordinación entre equipos.- Ingles deseable (no requisito)- Ing Agrónomo, Mecánico, Civil, Industrial o afin.- Experiência manejando flotillas de maquinaria y equipos y/o trabajando con concesionarios o fabricantes Caterpillar, John Deere, New Holland, Kubota, entre otros.
