**Designation - Technical Support Executive**

**Qualification - Any Degree**

**Shift Timings - Rotational Shift ( Mexico : Local time 8 hours shift between 7:00AM to 8:00 PM from Monday to Friday)**

**Vacation days in a year - 12 days**

v Excellent in Analytical & Presentation Skills

v Have knowledge of utilizing ticketing tools and knowledge base documentation

v Good Technical and Communication skills and ability to articulate technical issues

v Analyse and resolve complex issues without oversight

v Initiative and Innovative

v Constantly looking for ways to improve processes

v Implementing new initiatives and innovative ideas

v Ensure that SLA is met at the required standard of quality

v Create and maintain documents for all process

v Ensuring adherence to all company approved policies and procedures

v Pro-activeness when shrinkage and required headcount needs to be balanced at any given intervals

v Giving prompt and accurate process related information to individual members

v Will be reporting to Team Leader - Support Functions

v Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)

v **Knowledge of analytics data interpretation or navigation in PowerBI is a plus.**

**Skills and Qualifications**

**Required**

v Proven Experience in a previous Customer management /Customer Service/Help desk position is a must with 1+ years

**Preferred**:
v Bachelor’s degree

v Familiarity with various types of CRM software

v Confidence in presenting reports and training materials

v Knowledgeable of IR in retail and finance concepts processes is a plus

**Key Skills**

v SQL (Optional), Python or JAVA (Optional), Linux (Optional)

**Salary**: From $1,000.00 per month
