**SUPPORT TO ERP USERS**

**JOB OBJECTIVE**: Develop and maintain systems that incorporate tools that support the execution of the company's internal processes, as well as manage and maintain technical support services so that users maintain the continuous operation of their equipment and technological services, information, and connectivity.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prevent, maintain and correct the software and the connectivity to the server to be able to carry out the routine activities of those connected through the network.
- Prepare manuals for the management and correct use of the systems.
- Manage and ensure the availability of networks, communication, server and workstations for ASPEL.
- Carry out periodic change of passwords in ASPEL, going to the systems area on the scheduled dates.
- Keep the information of the ASPEL system updated (for the opportune report to the general management).
- Make sure that the backup of the information that is carried out automatically on a daily basis does not present incidents.
- Provide technical support to the ASPEL system and record incidents reported daily, to carry out preventive actions and reduce incidents.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the server and provide preventive maintenance, leaving a record through the log, cleaning maintenance must be carried out every three months and the debugging of the annual information in the month of June.
- Make daily backups of the information and purify it monthly.
- Carry out a training program in accordance with the updates made by ASPEL and prepare the required reports as evidence thereof.
- Update the matrix each time there is a change of personnel or a modification of the user profiles.
- Carry out the acquisition with the data of the user profile to be registered. Said request must be authorized by the management of the requesting area, as well as by the IT manager.
- Create a format detailing the changes in the user's profile in ASPEL, indicating the reason for the change, if it is eventual or permanent.
- Give technical support that is within reach in case there is a problem with any computer equipment, peripherals or with the general server, in case the person in charge of support is not there.
- Management of passwords for access to the server and protection of information on it, as well as on users' personal computers.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of 2 years professional experience
- Great experience in managment ASPEL
- Experience with configuring and utilizing networks.
- Thorough knowledge of using, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical people
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to balance competing priorities and multitask
- Self-motivation and the ability to learn on your own
- Experience with programming in ACCESS.
- Experience resolving technical issues.
- SQL experience is preferred
- Follow up skills
- Great ability to adapt to change

**Work Schedule**

CDMX Office 8:00 am - 5:30 pm CST

**Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month**

**Education**:
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies or in IT related majors.

**Language**:
English (required)
