**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Become indispensable support for Sector Insights Marketing and Insights Excellence team by developing strong relations and influence to embed and expand best-class tools, training, and frameworks capability aligned to the global marketing and Insights agenda.

**Your Impact**

As Latam Insights Capabilities Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:

- Support Latam Marketing and Insight Capability Agenda by managing the workflow and project volumes effectively and efficiently for key Latam markets.
- Collaboratively design, document, configure, and implement business rules, workflows, ways of working, and business process flows within the Marketing and Insights Academy of Excellence, including the comms campaign
- Drive the launch of tech tools, innovative initiatives, and test new concepts, collaborating closely with the local teams to ensure adoption and assess their impact
- Generate new campaign ideas, plan, and launch at least one initiative per year, analyze the results, and leverage learnings to implement best practices across the region
- Lead and develop best practices on reporting, storytelling, analysis, and recommendations for Content/Advertising campaigns to drive engagement to CMO community on Capability agenda
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketing managers, to align summits to the year's objectives.
- Build and Share reporting on key metrics.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Experience**:

- Experience with managing or supporting corporate events, conferences, and tradeshows
- Analytical skills for data base management, dashboard creation and pulling trends/insights from raw data
- Strong oral and written communication skills (both English and Spanish)
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment in Marketing, Insights or Learning preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet all deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a global team environment.
- Professional and friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
