**Job Description**:
AECOM México busca un Construction Manager para apoyar el proyecto en Querétaro

**Las funciones principales son**:
+ Supervisar la ejecución de la construcción del proyecto a su cargoo, asegurando la calidad y el costo esperado.

+ Coordinar y dirigir las actividades del personal a su cargo, asegurando que se lleven a cabo bajo los estándares de calidad esperados y proporcionalres orientación de la lattitud de las políticas establecidas.

+ Innovar y mejorar en los procesos constructivos y establecer procedimientos.

+ Supervisar el costo directo del proyecto para que se ajuste a lo programado.

+ Fomentar el desarrollo profesional de sus subordinados y cumplir y hacer cumplir las normas y políticas de la empresa.

+ Actúa como asesor de los subordinados para cumplir con los cronogramas y/o resolver problemas técnicos.

+ Supervisa la administración de proyectos durante el ciclo de construcción, incluidos aspectos técnicos, financieros y de satisfacción del cliente.

+ Responsable del desarrollo, la coordinación y la ejecución de las actividades de planificación, diseño y/o gestión de la construcción y el personal bajo la dirección del individuo en el día a día.

**+ Formación**: Título Ing. Civil/ Arquitectura o afín

**+ Años de Experiência**: +8 años (de preferecia +10)

+ Experiência en procesos constructivos, normatividad aplicable a la industria de la construcción e innovaciones tecnológicas en procesos constructivos.
