**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test.Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer.Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.Tracks program against its schedule, budget and phase review objectives, reporting status to management on a regular basis and executive staff on an as needed basis.Develops and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities.Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.Administers and lead production rate readiness reviews for customers.

**Experiência y requisitos**
- Education: - Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent years experience preferredExperience
- 3-8 years in program management field or leadership position preferred. Experience working in an aerospace manufacturing environment or other high technology environment preferred. Ability to negotiate and administering contracts with customers desirable.Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

- Must be able to demonstrate strong problem solving and analysis direction. Must work with and address customer inquiries and maintain customer focus. Ability to demonstrate strong Project Management skills. Must be able to demonstrate personal effectiveness and credibility. Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills in a team environment. Will be responsible to learning and understanding the technical capacity of the programs being manages.
