En este puesto, será responsable de asesorar e impulsar el crecimiento y la rentabilidad del negocio del cliente con BCD Travel. Establecer y cultivar relaciones sólidas con las personas influyentes y los responsables de la toma de decisiones de los clientes asignados. Apoyar e impulsar, en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de Implementaciones y Operaciones, el crecimiento y las necesidades de gestión de viajes del cliente con BCD Travel.

**Como National Program Manager, usted deberá**
- Establecer relaciones sólidas a todos los níveles dentro de la organización del cliente y convertirse en su socio creíble para los asuntos relacionados con los viajes.
- Garantizar que BCD Travel esté al tanto de cualquier cambio estratégico dentro de la organización del cliente y recomendar la formulación de una estrategia «más adecuada».
- Desarrollar planes de cuentas mediante un sólido conocimiento de la estrategia empresarial, los objetivos, las prioridades y las cuestiones clave del cliente.
- Mejorar la rentabilidad siempre que sea posible mediante el ajuste de precios, la introducción de tecnología o cualquier otra oportunidad de venta.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo y otros departamentos para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.

**Perfil deseado para esta posición**
- Experiência previa en TMCs o en cuentas de viajes de negocios relacionadas.
- Se requiere experiência en gestión de cuentas.
- Capacidad para actuar como «propietario del negocio» y responsabilizarse del crecimiento/rentabilidad de la cartera de clientes.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, con capacidad para relacionarse a todos los níveles.
- Nível de inglés: Avanzado (preferente)
- Buen manejo de Excel y Power Point. #LI-AG1
