- _ITIL V3 certified_
- _Expertise in ServiceNow Development Administration_
- _Experience in Self Service Portal development_
- _Expertise in Service Catalog and Request Fulfillment workflow development_
- _Expertise in UI Policy development_
- _Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions_
- _Configuring and driving automation, integration, data, workflows to implement and deliver innovative technical solutions_
- _Extensive experience in working with ServiceNow Integration using REST, both incoming and outgoing with ServiceNow_
- _Experience implementing ITIL/IT Service Management processes (Survey, Request, Portal, CSM, ITBM, GRC)_
- _Agile experience-Story/Defect methodology_
- _Experience contributing to Knowledge Base_
- _Strong ServiceNow Transform Map Scripting, data validation, and debugging_
- _Strong ServiceNow Scheduled Scripted Jobs, JDBC Data Sources_
- _Strong ServiceNow MID Server architecture, configuration, and customization_
- _Working knowledge of SAML_
- _ServiceNow Multi-Provider SSO Configuration and troubleshooting_
