As a Territory Leader (Sales Executive), you will guarantee the profitable growth of the business by developing strategic plans aimed at increasing sales (sell-out) and market share in Guadalajara. You will ensure the correct implementation of operational and service standards in 100% of the stores under its responsibility.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with the Comprehensive Training Center the training programs according to the needs of the area and the structure of the concessionaire.
- Construction of strategic plans together with the concessionaire and your team.
- Create Commercial Agreement
- Prospect of potential clients
- Develop vendors and support in the field
- Closing sales
- Portfolio marketing and planning according to market potential.
- Guide salespeople and store managers

**Qualifications**
- Preferably economics, administrative or similar degree.
- Experience developing the Retail business and in field sales.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in management and administration of multi-channel businesses.
- Intermediate English (maintain a conversation preferably).
- Use of intermediate Office ( Excel, PPT and Power BI).
- Knowledge and management of CRM ( Salesforce).
- Experience in coatings (preferred).
- Experience in team management.
- Travel availability.
