Medical Customer Service Representative

**Education**:High School or College
**Work Experience**: 2+ years of customer service experience
**Requirements**:
- PC skills with Microsoft Office - 25+ WPM
- Team player who works well with deadlines and seeks to improve
- Great phone presence (personable, energetic, helpful, knowledgeable, confident, and assured)
- Medical experience in customer service, medical records, or insurance
**The position includes activities that involve data entry and receiving calls**
