**Objetivos de este rol**
- Colaborar con el liderazgo senior para ejecutar el plan estratégico corporativo actual y desarrollar planes a largo plazo.
- Responsable de optimizar el desempeño y la estrategia de las áreas de ingresos de la empresa, asegurándose de que estén alineadas con las tendencias del mercado y la visión de nuestro producto
- Gestionar y escalar el equipo de ventas, alineando estratégicamente las tácticas de ventas y marketing.
- Ayudar a maximizar el alcance y la eficiencia mediante la incorporación estratégica de nuevos socios estratégicos.
- Construir y fomentar equipos creativos comprometidos con nuestra cultura de innovación, especialmente adaptados a la dinámica y ritmo que tiene un startup en pleno crecimiento.

**Responsabilidades**
- Generar una plan de negocio basado 100% en growth balanceando el corto plazo con hunting y mediano plazo con farming comercial para lograr las metas comerciales.
- Responsabilidad de articular el equipo comercial, comunicación y marketing para el logro de los objetivos.
- Desarrollo de estrategias de precios y modelos comerciales específicos para alcanzar los objetivos de ingresos.
- Mantener una conexión sólida con los clientes para asegurar que sus necesidades se tengan en cuenta en los ciclos de desarrollo y mejora del producto.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de finanzas, producto y tech.
- Participar activamente en la identificación y negociación de asociaciones estratégicas.

**Habilidades y calificaciones requeridas**
- +7 años en roles de liderazgo comerciales, impulsando el crecimiento de ingresos, con experiência específica en compañías de producto SaaS, startups de base tech o fintech.
- Historial comprobado de aumentar los ingresos en una compañía de producto SaaS/Payments/Loyalty.
- Experiência en la toma de decisiones basada en métricas comerciales específicas.
- Estilo de liderazgo inspirador y enfoque práctico, con la capacidad de liderar equipos en el entorno dinámico
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita (inglés y español).

**Se valorará**
- Fuerte experiência en compañías y productos como Salesforce, Microsoft, Comarch o compañías de pagos o Fintech.
- ADN emprendedor o intraemprendedor.
