**Descripción del puesto**:
El CEO supervisará y controlará todos los aspectos estratégicos y comerciales de la empresa. Será responsable de dar dirección estratégica y crear una visión para el éxito.
**Perfil requerido**:
- +5 años en gestión negocios vinculados a ventas, retail.
- Experiência negociando con Fondos de Inversión (es un plus).
- Experiência en la estrategia para el cumplimiento de objetivos de presupuesto, facturación, rentabilidad y la generación de nuevos negocios.
- Experiência en gestión de equipos de alto rendimiento.
- Lic. Gestión Empresarial, Administración de Negocios, Ing. Industrial o afín.
- Master en Negocios o afín (es un plus).
- Inglés empresarial (85%)

- Desarrollar estrategias y planes comerciales de alta calidad que aseguren su alineación con los objetivos de la empresa a corto y largo plazo.
- Supervisar todas las operaciones y actividades comerciales para garantizar que produzcan los resultados deseados y sean coherentes con la estrategia y misión generales.
- Tomar decisiones de inversión de alta calidad para hacer avanzar el negocio y aumentar las ganancias.
- Evaluar los resultados operativos y financieros mediante la revisión de pronósticos, presupuestos y estados financieros reales para idear soluciones y mejoras.
- Hacer cumplir las pautas legales y las políticas internas para mantener la legalidad y la ética comercial de la empresa.
- Construir relaciones de confianza con socios y partes clave de la organización, para actuar como punto de contacto con accionistas importantes.
- Analizar áreas de oportunidad y brindar soluciones para garantizar la supervivencia y el crecimiento de la organización.
- Mantener el conocimiento del panorama competitivo del mercado, las oportunidades de expansión, los desarrollos de la industria, etc. y generar planes de acción para impulsar el crecimiento de la organización.
- Fomentar un ambiente que estimule la comunicación abierta, la creatividad y el trabajo en equipo, generando un espíritu emprendedor.
- Identificar y capturar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Identificación de aliados estratégicos para detectar nuevos proveedores e inversionistas.
- Liderar y motivar a la organización para promover el compromiso de los empleados y desarrollar un equipo gerencial de alto rendimiento.
