El objetivo del puesto **Supply Network Planner** es garantizar la ejecución adecuada de la estrategia comercial mediante la gestión de una ejecución E2E efectiva a través de la sincronización de los procesos de demanda y suministro para lograr el 100% de cobertura de casos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Equilibrar la oferta y la demanda: ejecuta las prioridades del ciclo de planificación diaria/semanal/mensual para garantizar:

- Disponibilidad del producto en los CD.
- Níveles de inventario del tamaño adecuado.
- Sincronización de la introducción de nuevos productos y transiciones de abastecimiento.
- Balance of Service vs Cost: optimiza el servicio al cliente al nível de costo mínimo.
- Análisis de datos: utiliza datos y herramientas de la cadena de suministro para impulsar decisiones basadas en información.
- Apoyar las iniciativas de mejora continua: desarrolla e implementa las mejores prácticas relacionadas con el reabastecimiento de productos terminados, la gestión de inventario y la utilización del sistema.
- Colaboración: identifique y cierre las brechas con la planificación de la demanda, la planificación de la producción, el transporte, las operaciones de almacén y el servicio al cliente para lograr una planificación de suministro eficiente y rentable para cumplir con el servicio de CS&L y los objetivos de costos/KPI y mejorar la capacidad de respuesta del proveedor
- Desarrollo de sistemas/procesos: ejecuta los procesos de planificación de suministro de "mejores prácticas" identificados por el liderazgo para maximizar el servicio al cliente, minimizar los costos y optimizar el inventario.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas; BS en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística o carrera afín.
- 2-5 años de experiência en planeación de la demanda o supply chain.
- Se requiere un sólido conocimiento técnico y experiência con SAP - APO.
- Buen dominio de Excel (habilidades analíticas y conversaciones basadas en data).
- Nível de inglés avanzado.
- Deseable conocimiento en herramientas de Google.
