**Conversion Tracking Implementation Specialist (Development Skills Required) - Launch Your Career Among the Stars**:

The two main requirements or abilities for the Conversion Tracking Implementation Specialist role are:
**Extensive Hands-on Experience with Conversion Tracking Implementation & Diagnostics**:

- Web events & conversion tracking implementation & diagnostics (calls, forms, chats, direct bookings),
- Phone call tracking implementation & diagnostics,
- Google Measurement API implementation and diagnostics,
- Channel attribution implementation and diagnostics for aforementioned Web Events & Conversions.

**Web Events Custom Code Debugging Experience**:

- Debug PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and API code that sends web events and conversions data to tracking platforms - Google Analytics, Google Ads, Call Tracking Systems, and CRMs,
- Diagnose tracking issues and bugs, code solutions, or, if higher development skills required, write clear task requirements and instructions for the full-stack development team, check quality of dev team fixes.

**Your Mission‍**:
As our Conversion Tracking Implementation Specialist, your primary focus will be **implementing solutions to track web events and conversions**, making sure that code triggers correctly, data is sent accurately, and everything runs smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for **coding**, or, if higher development skills are required, **coordinating the coding of custom solutions** to ensure flawless conversion tracking and accurate data flow across **all marketing channels**.

Regular tasks include, but are not limited to,** diagnosing, maintaining, troubleshooting, debugging and optimizing tracking systems.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conversion Tracking Setup, Maintenance, Improvement, and Optimization**:

- Set up, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot online and offline conversion tracking for campaigns across all digital marketing channels for data capture and reporting.
- Write (and/or coordinate writing of) custom scripts using PHP and JavaScript to ensure the integration of tracking data from various sources.
- Manage custom dynamic number insertion & substitution and other data collection mechanisms.
- Implement Google Tag Manager custom tags.
- Implement tracking across devices to capture user interactions when they move between desktop, mobile, and other devices, ensuring comprehensive conversion attribution.
- Integrate (and/or coordinate integration of) custom API solutions for data collection.
- Manage data transmission via webhooks or direct API calls.
- **Support and Troubleshooting**:

- Monitor the accuracy and performance of all tracking systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in tracking data between platforms
- Identify, diagnose and resolve coding issues or bugs in tracking implementations to ensure accurate system functionality across all platforms.
