**JOB SUMMARY**:
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of vacation rental properties, including scheduling and supervising cleanings, maintenance, and inspections to ensure properties are in top condition for guest arrivals.
- Oversee guest communication and satisfaction, handling any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure timely turnovers between guest stays and address any maintenance issues that arise.
- Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all properties.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize property listings and drive occupancy rates.
- Monitor and track property expenses to ensure adherence to budgets and monthly reports.
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Work closely with business development team and communicate with property owners when required to facilitate the onboarding process.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:

- Proven experience in property management or hospitality management, with at least 2 years experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and vendors.
- Fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish. Additional languages are an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to vacation rentals preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
