Estamos en búsqueda de perfiles de ventas eficientes que nos ayude a alcanzar los objetivos de aumento de los ingresos y adquisición de clientes haciendo que nuestra empresa sea competitiva e innovadora. Serás responsable de maximizar el potencial de nuestro equipo de ventas, elaborar planes de ventas y justificar dichos planes ante la alta dirección.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Lograr el crecimiento y los objetivos de venta mediante una auto gestión.
- Diseñar e implementar un plan comercial estratégico que aumente la cartera de clientes de la empresa y garantice su fuerte presencia
- Entablar y fomentar relaciones fuertes y duraderas con los clientes cooperando con ellos y entendiendo sus necesidades
- Presentar informes de ventas, ingresos y gastos, así como previsiones realistas al equipo de dirección
- Identificar mercados emergentes y cambios en el mercado, siendo totalmente conocedor de los nuevos productos y del estado de la competencia
- Cumplimiento de KPI´S enfocados a venta y rentabilidad de negocios nuevos.

**Requisitos**
- Grado en Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado
- Experiência previa exitosa como representante de ventas o gerente de ventas, cumpliendo o superando los objetivos sistemáticamente
- Compromiso con la formación continua a través de talleres, seminarios y conferencias
- Demostrada habilidad para comunicar, presentar e influir de forma creíble y eficaz en todos los níveles de la organización
- Demostrada habilidad para guiar el proceso de ventas desde su planificación hasta su cierre
- Gran olfato para los negocios y experiência en la industria
- Excelentes capacidades para orientar, enseñar y gestionar a las personas
