En EPL Corporation, el Líder de Recursos Humanos será clave en la promoción y desarrollo de nuestra cultura organizacional a través de todas las divisiones. Como cabeza del área, esta persona será la encargada de la estrategia de talento, liderando la adquisición y retención de personal, diseñando programas de capacitación efectivos, definiendo estrategias de compensación y gestionando conflictos de manera eficiente. Además, velará por el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones federales, estatales y locales.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura en Psicología o afines
- Mínimo 4 años de experiência como líder del área de Recursos Humanos
- Dominio de la paquetería Office
- Dominio de la Ley Federal del Trabajo, NOM-035 & NOM-037

**Actividades**:
- **Reclutamiento y Onboarding**_
- Supervisar los procesos de contratación interna, desarrollando estrategias para cubrir las vacantes rápidamente y mejorar la retención.
- Garantizar la preparación del equipo para la integración de nuevos empleados, apoyando una experiência de bienvenida fluida.
- Gestionar la documentación de nuevas contrataciones y los procesos ante el IMSS para todos los colaboradores.
- Seguimiento a procesos de onboarding.
- **Procesos Disciplinarios y de Baja**_
- Asegurar un proceso justo y eficaz de disciplina progresiva; analizar datos de entrevistas de salida e informar a la dirección.
- Gestionar las bajas voluntarias/involuntarias, cumpliendo con las normativas legales y los documentos correspondientes.
- **Relaciones Laborales y Cumplimiento Legal**_
- Fomentar relaciones positivas; garantizar un trato justo y cumplir con las leyes laborales, incluyendo la NOM035 y el código civil.
- Liderar la comparación anual de salarios, evaluaciones de desempeño, encuestas de clima laboral y apoyar iniciativas como las certificaciones ESR e ISO9000.
- Encargado del cumplimiento de reglamento interno y código de conducta
- Analiza la información relacionada con las bajas y presenta sus hallazgos a la Dirección.
- Seguimiento al seguro de gastos médicos.
- **Desarrollo Organizacional**_
- Comunicar cambios en beneficios o regulaciones; desarrollar y promover iniciativas de responsabilidad social.
- Encargada del desarrollo y ejecución de planes de Beneficios y Compensaciones.
- Organizar reuniones trimestrales y gestionar eventos internos, como actividades de integración y programas de reconocimiento.
- Asegurar la participación y asistencia del equipo a eventos de responsabilidad social.
- **Capacitación y Desarrollo**_
- Realizar la Detección de Necesidades de Capacitación anual, establecer el Plan Anual de Capacitación y asegurar el cumplimiento de programas formativos (UBITS, cross-training).
- Agente de cambio para proponer programas de capacitación innovadores.
- Diseñar e implementar sesiones de capacitación junto con el Coordinador de Capacitación de manera impactante.
- **Embajador de Cultura**_
- Actuar como embajador de la cultura organizacional, fomentando la alineación y el compromiso del equipo con los valores de EPL.
