**Job Description**:
Latin America Activation Marketing Specialist - Separation and Purification Sciences Division (SPSD), Mexico

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As Activation Marketing Specialist you will play a key role for boosting demand generation programs in the SPSD Division in Colombia, Chile, Mexico and Brazil. In this role you will be able to make an impact by contributing to adjust and execute the prioritized marketing campaigns for the region as well as performing activities that support the growth of the Division in all our sales channels. You will have the opportunity to interact daily with customers, key opinion leaders, sales team, and global marketing teams, aiming to understand and adjust the Division's programs to the needs and opportunities in Latin America.

The impact you will make in this role
- Develop deep understanding and critical needs of regional Filtration Market and perform complex market analysis on customer, channel, and competitor trends.
- Actively contribute to the development and execution of all elements of the Marketing Plan, providing input to the Marketing team on content creation, digital conversion, and pricing promotions.
- Lead localization and activation of global marketing programs and product launches with sales teams while managing the local marketing activation calendar.
- Analyze and develop pricing strategies based on customer and market insights.
- Work with supply chain and portfolio team to develop demand plans.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, sales and technical support teams to develop prioritized segments aligned with division.

Your Skills and Expertise
- Marketing, administration, or engineering degree or similar
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in Marketing and/or Business Development
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Excellent English command in both written and oral
- Innovative, good analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
- Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, PowerBI, Salesforce

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders and Influencers
- Experience in consumer goods and/or promotional marketing
- Social media and digital marketing activation knowledge
- Portuguese command in both written and oral
- MBA
