International Biotech company within diagnosis business with current development in LATAM region.

**Descripción**:
The main responsibilities are to:

- Develop and implement business development strategies to meet sales targets and increase market share in the Latin America region.
- Work closely with distributors to identify and pursue new business opportunities and support customer needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market and competition, including trends, products, and pricing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and opinion leaders.
- Provide regular reports to senior manager on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities in the territory.
- Provide technical support to customers by answering inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product recommendations.
- Assist clients in the use of products, and in the interpretation of results obtained with tests;
- Organize validation studies including Products in clients laboratories;
- Install and provide support in the use of data analysis software;
- Participate and present scientific data (oral or poster presentations) in the Territory, as well as in international scientific meetings abroad where requested

**Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)**:
BS Biotechnology, MVZ, or related field. At least 5 years of experience within diagnosis industry for animals. Strong knowledge of lab tests, dealers, data analysis, sales strategies within the LATAM market. Self-Management, Organization, Customer Centricity. Fluent English is a plus.
