Primary responsibilities are providing outstanding Customer Service by resolving customer product issues over the telephone and ensure their experience is memorable. Also, as a team member you will be of support to the team’s needs and assist in data entry and order management.
- Enter sales orders through the company's ERP system.
- Assist on the Inside Sales Promotions as part of the primary activities.
- Resolve customer Product / Order issues in a courteous and professional matter, both outbound and inbound.
- Serve as a first point of contact and escalate situations where you require support from Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing Plants, Finance and Carries.
- Process returns goods requests, other service issues and any other adjustments for customers.
- Coordinates shipping requirements with distribution centers.
- Support on maintenance to the ERP System.
- Learn about technical aspects of our products.
- Think outside the box by proposing improvements to processes.
- Maintain work documents updated.
- Ability to provide excellent judgment in ambiguous situations and creative problem solving.
- Act as backup for activities performed in other departments within customer service
- Must meet and comply with department and company policies, procedures, objectives, and regulations

Experiência y requisitos

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English to communicate with external and internal customers, or other groups within the company in a professional way.
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in the areas of customer service, technical support, order entry and perhaps inside sales for customer within the United States.
- Knowledgeable in MRP, ERP, EDI, CRM, Oracle, MS Office, and e-commerce platforms
- Must have flexibility to work within a flexible schedule and different work schedules, may include weekends.
- Ability to work in extended periods on the telephone helping customers, including customer follow up.
- Initiative to identify issues and areas of need and implement solutions.
- Excellent judgment in ambiguous situations and creative problem solving; capable of handling various projects or tasks at the same time (multitasker)
- Require a high school or technical degree.
- Coordinate sales effort with other departments

**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- BS or BA degree in a technical or a related field
- Possess working knowledge of Irrigation products, systems, and customers.
- Ability in working with high end technical troubleshooting support groups.
- Advanced computer skills
- Leadership and project management skills
- Able to work with Team objectives.
- Ability to travel (Visa)
