**Sales Executive (Retail/ Departamental)**
Responsable de fomentar y fortalecer la relación de negocio con la estructura comercial (Gerentes y fuerza de ventas de nuestro socio de negocios) e incrementar las ventas de nuestras coberturas y servicios a tráves de optimizar el canal de distribución para hacer crecer la participación de mercado de los productos de Assurant.
**Funciones**:
- Rol de visitas a tiendas departamentales (incluye viajes al interior de la República)
- Relacionamiento con las estructuras comerciales de la tienda (Gerentes piso/Vendedores)
- Entrenamiento a la fuerza de ventas
- Realizar estrategias para incentivar el incremento del ticket promedio de la zona
- Elaboración de Reportes y presentaciones
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura o Ingenierías, titulados o pasantes
- Experiência de 1 a 3 años en puestos de actividad comercial en sector Retail/ Departamental (Deseable); Ventas de servicios o intangibles.
- Inglés intermedio
- Excel intermedio (Vlookup, tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, gráficas)
- Disponibilidad de viajar (incluye viajes por carretera)
- Trabajo 70% en campo y 30% oficina/Remoto
