Transitex es un operador logístico global especializado en transporte puerta a puerta, con una extensa red de oficinas y una sólida red de agentes en la mayoría de los principales mercados mundiales.

Buscamos incorporar un **Sales Executive **con talento para apoyar nuestra estrategia de crecimiento.

La principal responsabilidad del Sales Executive es hacer crecer la huella de Transitex en todo el mercado de Mexico mediante la adquisición de nuevos clientes y el desarrollo de la cartera de clientes existente. Esta posición requiere una persona que posea un profundo conocimiento de los procesos de importación y exportación, idealmente a través de soluciones de carga aérea y marítima.

**Responsabilidades**
- Desarrollar clientes nuevos y potenciales,
- Dirigir la preparación y negociación de ofertas, peticiones de oferta y presupuestos con los clientes,
- Dirigir campañas y eventos de ventas de acuerdo con las políticas del Grupo Transitex.
- Planificar y gestionar la cartera comercial/territorio personal de acuerdo con la estrategia de mercado acordada.
- Gestión de clientes asignados mediante el uso de herramientas establecidas para alcanzar y superar objetivos
- Seguimiento coherente de los nuevos clientes hasta el nível de gestión de cuentas
- Garantizar que las solicitudes de los clientes se completen a tiempo y con el mayor nível de servicio posible
- Cumplir los acuerdos de nível de servicio con los clientes
- Resolución de discrepancias, manteniendo un registro de las mismas
- Administración de ventas: Actualizar y mantener toda la información pertinente sobre los clientes y las actividades de venta
- Supervisar la actividad de la competencia y las tendencias del sector
- Elaboración de informes periódicos sobre las actividades de ventas

**Experiência**
- Estudios universitarios y/o experiência equivalente
- Mínimo de 4 años de experiência en ventas de transporte aéreo y marítimo.
- Historial probado de crecimiento del negocio y apertura de nuevas cuentas.
- Habilidades de negociación de alto nível
- Excelentes aptitudes de comunicación y enfoque al cliente
- Capacidad para tomar decisiones comerciales rápidas e inteligentes y ofrecer soluciones.
- Capacidad para centrarse en los resultados, orientado a la acción.
- Se valorarán los conocimientos de inglés

Sueldo: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mes
