Propósito del puesto:

- Adquisición y atracción de clientes Patrimoniales nuevos.
- Atención de los clientes Patrimoniales & Top Tier asignados con profesionalismo y con un amplio entendimiento de los fundamentos y metodología de planificación financiera para el éxito del segmento.
- Gestión activa de su cartera de clientes para detección y cobertura de necesidades, rentabilización del portafolio, comercialización de soluciones y servicios patrimoniales financieros del segmento.
- Mantener e incrementar AUM e ingresos del portafolio de clientes administrados.

Principales responsabilidades:

- Atracción y adquisición de clientes patrimoniales nuevos.
- Realizar revisiones financieras a profundidad a los clientes del portafolio y prospectos.
- Utilizar las herramientas de Revisión Financiera establecidas y hacer recomendación de soluciones con base en los resultados obtenidos
- Administrar una cartera promedio entre 500 y 700 MDP
- Crecer la cartera de clientes en valor (AUM) y rentabilidad (TOI).
- Trabajar en sinergia y con una comunicación efectiva con sus pares, Ejecutivos Premier y colegas de HSBC.
- Diseñar estrategias que le permitan crecer la diversificación de la cartera a su cargo.
- Identificar las necesidades del cliente y recomendar las soluciones de productos idóneos de acuerdo sus necesidades, a políticas del Banco y a regulaciones externas.
- Supervisar el posicionamiento de la marca en el mercado a través de la creación de relaciones de confianza a largo plazo con los clientes
- Retención y crecimiento de clientes existentes y obtención de clientes nuevos a través de referidos.
- Desarrollo de relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes y crecimiento de los activos de clientes a través de estrategias de gestión profesional de ventas para los mercados de inversión.
- Cumplimiento del AOP asignado.

Principales retos:

- Elaboración de Revisiones Financieras a detalle a los clientes de su cartera.
- Gestionar las “mejores prácticas” para promover ser el “el mejor banco de México”
- Manejar y controlar un portafolio de clientes complejo (que requiere un servicio más avanzado financieramente) maximizando rentabilidad y relaciones a largo plazo.

Requirements

Conocimientos y experiência:
**Formación académica**:

- Licenciatura o Ingeniería. (Económico - Administrativo)
- Maestría deseable.

**Requisitos / Expediencia**:

- Administración de portafolio de clientes en el sector financiero segmento patrimonial.
- Certificación AMIB 3 (Requisito Obligatorio)
- 2 años de experiência en Sector Patrimonial.

**Conocimientos Avanzados**:

- Mercados Financieros
- Productos Financieros
- Portafolios y estrategias de Inversión.
- Macroeconomía
