**Job Title: Remote Sales Development Representative (100% Work From Home)**

**Location**: Remote from Latin America

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Salary**:$2k USD/monthly plus commission per closed deal**

Job Overview:
**Our client is a full-service marketing agency for investment firms.**

**They are seeking a Remote Sales Development Representative responsible for managing leads and video sales calls, discovering client marketing needs, and pitching our client's services from start to close.**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Management: Strategically oversee the lead management process, including lead qualification, tracking, and nurturing to maximize conversion rates and drive business growth.

2. Client Prospecting: Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities through targeted outreach and networking efforts to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.

3. Conducting Discovery Calls: Facilitate insightful and engaging discovery calls to uncover client needs, pain points, and objectives, enabling tailored solutions and value propositions.

4. Proposal Development: Develop comprehensive and compelling proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing the value proposition and addressing key requirements to secure new business opportunities.

5. Client Acquisition: Utilize persuasive communication and negotiation skills during video calls to effectively close new clients, fostering trust and rapport while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

6. Contract Management: Efficiently manage contract negotiations, revisions, and finalization processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements while mitigating risks.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

- Expert sales representative with fluent English proficiency
- Experience in financial services or marketing agencies
- Understanding of investments (commercial real estate, private equity, venture capital)
- Familiarity with marketing agency offerings
- Ability to effectively sell services to investment firms
- Comprehensive understanding of both marketing and investment domains

Schedule:

- **8AM- 5PM EST Monday-Friday**
