**Responsibilities**:
**The** **Opportunity***

The main purpose of the role is to supervise US portfolio services (Payroll Inputs) leveraging Standard Model of Employee Services Consolidation Process while searching for process optimization opportunities. Ensure correct payroll inputs operation is the main goal of this position. This role will be key in the open transition projects (Knowledge Capture, Knowledge Transfer, Ramp Up, Go Live and Stabilization) to ensure operation enablement and stabilization avoiding business disruption. Payroll Coordinator must have a high focus on continuous improvement

**Your Impact**

As Payroll Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:

- Guarantee US portfolio services (Payroll Inputs) execution.
- Insure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery while working in process improvements and time optimizations.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of PepsiCo's US business policies and labor legislation in order to enhance business processes.
- Leverage technology such as IPM, Kronos, SAP and SNOW to optimize payroll efficiency.
- Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues and ultimate escalation point person.
- Ensure proper execution of (Payroll) processes through operational team:

- Receive incidence and validate fulfilment of requirements
- Capture incidence information in payroll system
- Ensure payroll meets operation controls
- Monitor tickets reception and release ensuring SLA compliance
- Track and Report KPIS and SLAs for Payroll Inputs processes
- Plan and overview workload of extended team
- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuous
- improvement
- Act as point person for (Payroll) processes audits

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Field
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)
- Functional knowledge for human resources processes (desirable)
- At least 1 year of experience supervising a team with task completion and workload distribution (desirable)
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong English oral and written communication skills
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Strong knowledge in continuous process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma / TOC, etc..) (desirable)
- Experience in transformation projects that involve new technologies implementation (desirable)
