**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
Responsible for the management of the payroll input Control Center (CCI) for LATAM, guaranteeing payroll inputs consolidation toassure correct and timely payroll to +12,500 employees an complying with the 3 Drivers set by management (Provide Services to Employees, Customers and internal suppliers at low cost and zero errors), As well as reaching a Operational Flexibility to meet the changing needs of the Organization, while ensuring the proper implementation and administration of the entire process, under a strict compliance with policies, procedures of Pepsico and the laws that govern us, Ensuring that the integrity and security of information in the different were the processes, so it is responsible for the expansion and deployment of the service model for LATAM and the execution of projects for the centralization of the operation of other countries, as well as continuous improvement projects.

**Your Impact**:
As HR Ops Payroll Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:

- Assure procedures of payroll incidence processes, ensuring compliance with the times and processes that relate to different areas.
- Management and control incidence consolidation processes, managing payments of each one of them, ensuring the legal compliance of each country and delivering services to employees in LATAM; deliver information and clarifications of the process, handling incidents, special requests, special cases management, advice on processes of losses.
- Responsible for the management of injunctions and civil rights for the retention Alimony and judicial embargoes for your discount on payroll.
- Deployment of contingency plans for the reception of incidents, nature phenomena, social or technological, in order to ensure payment to employees.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**
- Bachelors Degree required; Human Resources Management, Engineer, Administration or other related field preferred

**Experience**
- 3 or 5 years of work experience in Payroll service or shared services area.
- Work under pressure.
- Advance English.
- Full Knowledge in Excel.
- Experience practicing: knowledge in negotiation, conflict resolution, audit processes knowledge.
