**Description**

As a Payment Coordinator at our company, you will ensure the smooth and efficient processing of payments for our clients. You will be responsible for monitoring client ledgers, coordinating with Credit Risk, Finance, and Client Development to ensure timely settlement of balances, and maintaining accurate documentation for transactions. Additionally, you will work closely with Client Services and Client Development to support various client needs and queries and communicate effectively with clients and team members through various tools.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor client ledgers and coordinate with Credit Risk, Finance, and Client Development to ensure balances settle on time.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and complete documentation for support and proper approval of transactions in the payments process.
- Work together with Client Services and Client Development to support various client needs and queries raised from time to time.
- Initiate process improvements for a more efficient and effective end-to-end payments process.
- Lead and provide support to projects assigned
- Perform Ad Hoc tasks that may arise as needed
- Work with the team to ensure compliance with all data privacy or data security of client-sensitive information and other policies governing client transactions and relevant laws.
- Help promote and support a culture of professionalism and integrity and build good working relationships with clients and colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- Standard EST hours
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the payments or finance industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Salario: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 al mes
