**SALES COORDINATOR**

We are CrossTech, a conference and consulting company looking to build our sales team. We are a fast-paced organization full of innovators and fast-forward thinkers who are looking to optimize and challenge the status quote with new innovative projects that will move an industry forward and inspire key players to be top of mind within the cross-border payment segment.

We are looking for a self-motivated salesperson who is interested in working with CrossTech
Sales Director coordinating sales. Proactivity and negotiation are key in this position as an excellent follow-up system. This person should have the ambition to achieve sales goals. This project is remote and individual. Must be bilingual in English / Spanish, and Portuguese preferred. Willing to travel, especially to the US. Availability can be arranged

**PRINCIPAL TASKS**
- Manage the registration process of every participant to any online & in-person events and other service offerings, from once the registration opens until it closes.
- Follow up with any special inquiry that a customer may have. Management involves proper payment follow-up, adequate accounting of the funds received, refunds, etc.
- Develop positive relationships, building strong and trusting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the point of contact, coordinating and leading the effort to ensure clients receive

VIP customer service. Work in conjunction with other Team colleagues to address individual customer needs promptly and effectively.
- Inform and communicate to other areas any improvements needed in websites, portals, communications, etc., to ensure customer satisfaction.

WhatsApp, Chat, social media, or any other way to ensure the customer is provided excellent service and receives the topmost satisfaction in interactions with CrossTech and any member of our company.
- Sale and support with the registration of speakers & panelists, the procurement of their documents, and ensuring that their information is uploaded according to what was received in other areas, as well as any needs, arrangements, and commitments made to them.
- Manage a portfolio of Sale Conference packages (sponsors, exhibitors, and others) and

Magazine packages.
- Oversee and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and success.
- Report and track sales: Monitor the status of accounts, track sales metrics, and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- Identify growth opportunities: Analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and suggest actions to enhance sales effectiveness and drive growth.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions: Handle customer conflicts or issues in a timely manner, offering appropriate solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales contracts and invoices.

**REQUERIMENTS & SKILLS**
- Previous experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive also in sales, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel, for managing customer information and analyzing sales data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong verbal and written bilingual communication skills to engage with clients and negotiate favorable terms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to maximize sales opportunities, resolve customer conflicts, and contribute to the company's overall growth objectives.
- Ability to deliver projects and respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and achieve long
- term success and drive sales growth for our company.
- Bilingual in English - Spanish, and Portuguese preferred
