**Job Summary**:
Internship Program 2024 in Customer Service area.

The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position is based in Polanco, Mexico.
You must be active in the last 2 years (or less) of your university degree.
Start Date January 16, 2024
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

**What you will do**:
As an Intern - Customer Service you will:

- You will be responsible of the follow up along with the Customer Services Representatives or Design Developer to work hand by hand while we accomplish this objective.
- Support Team in the implementation of a new platform for Order Management and Design in our Customer's Plants.
- We have two processes related to this platform:

- A) Order Management, where you will be supporting the customer with daily activities like order reception, reports, material delivered and truck status.
- B) Design you will be supporting the customer uploading files and reviewing they are according to Tetra Pak specifications, following the process until they are approved to be produce

**We believe you have**:

- Be active in the last 2 years (or less) of your college career.
- Bachelor’s studies in: Business Administration and Design
- Intermediate level of English or higher is required.
- Nice to have Excel knowledge (Fx, Dynamic tables, macros).
- Have availability to work 6 hours per day for the entire internship period.
- Expected graduation date between December 2024 and December 2025.
