**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Based in Mexico the Account Manager will report to the Sales Manager and be tasked with delivering revenue goals and business objectives across a lucrative agency patch.

**Responsabilities of the Role**
- Respond to team and client inquiries that demand immediate attention and quick turnaround time
- Understand the client’s strategies in collaboration with the sales lead to ensure the RFPs match the client’s needs and EXTE’s capabilities
- Collaborate with the ad ops, media solutions and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and ensure campaign performance
- Attend and participate in client meetings, weekly hot desks etc
- Oversee advertising campaigns, and make suggestions on how best to reach your client’s goals
- Monitor, anticipate and solve campaign-related issues
- Strategize with other team members to come up with ways to improve campaign performance and be in the top performer
- Provide delivery reports detailing campaign status on a recurring basis and quarter business reviews to key clients
- Lead troubleshooting for live campaigns
- Bring between 2 and 4 years of experience in the digital media ecosystem
- Have an understanding of media agencies and be passionate about media and online advertising.
- Display excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve queries efficiently, effectively and courteously.
- Be confident self-starter, able to learn quickly, use their own initiative and motivated to get the job done effectively.
- Harness a positive, solution-driven mentality always and with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Poses good technical knowledge and understanding of ad-serving and tracking technology.
- Has solid grasp of arithmetic, percentages and decimals, and performance analysis.
- Shows strong communication and interpersonal skills. Impeccably spoken and written English.
