PLANT HR MANAGER

Provides human resources and administrative management to the organization to meet business objectives within a fair work environment.
Directs the processes, procedures and tools to attract, retain and motivate the workforce in accordance with corporate and divisional policies
As process owner, is responsible for the management of the IMS process (process review, KPI management, periodic review and update of the procedure, implementation of corrective and preventive actions as needed and provision of resources for process realization) taking into account relevant requirements and their evolution
- Interface with the head of departments and managers to design and implement human resources policies.
- Being a partner with the business, through participation in business planning, performance and operational reviews and other activities.
- Ensure the reliability of the payroll system, control access to payroll and ensure data security.
- Plan and adjust labor needs in the short and long term according to the evolution of the business and the budget of the plant.
- Advise department managers on organizational options and staff evolution.
- Identify needs, evaluate organization / position and modify attributes.
- Coordinates and participates in each step of the hiring and induction of managers, technicians and supervisors.
