**Actividades**:

- Soporte local y remoto a usuarios, diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias.
- Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos informáticos e impresoras.
- Verificar la configuración de las aplicaciones del sistema operativo de la computadora.
- Establecer prioridades y planificar la resolución de solicitudes de clientes y usuarios.
- Identificar y escalar situaciones que requieren atención urgente.
- Manejar un gran volumen de llamadas entrantes y salientes de manera oportuna.
- Construya relaciones positivas haciendo un esfuerzo adicional con el servicio al cliente, asegurándose de que todas las preguntas se aborden adecuadamente.
- Resuelve problemas relacionados con software, hardware, computadora, servidor y seguridad.

**Requisitos**:

- Grado de Ingeniería en Ciencias de la Computación (preferente), Técnico en Computación.
- Inglés 90 % ( Indispensable )
- Experiência de 2 años
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
- Habilidades de solución de problemas de Windows 10
- Enfocado en Servicio al Cliente
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas
- Responsable
- Proactivo
- Resolución de problemas.
