**INGENIERO SENIOR DE MANUFACTURA
Analiza los principios de ingeniería establecidos para determinar la secuencia de pasos o procesos necesarios para fabricar y ensamblar productos que cumplan con los estándares de calidad y costo de la organización. Analiza las especificaciones del producto, los planos de piezas y otros datos de ingeniería.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Requerir el tooling en base a los cálculos de Ing. Industrial/Corte, como son dados, fixtures, equipo especial, prensas, cortadoras.
- Asegurar que se lleve a cabo la elaboración del BOM, solicitar a item master el set up de componentes nuevos, con la colaboración del asistente identificar los cambios para ver que blocks se requerirán.
- Asegurar la liberación de máquinas de prueba eléctrica y ensamble.
- Asegurar que las mejoras que se encuentren en la validación de la primera pieza se actualice en el sistema Oracle así como documentarlo para conocer la efectividad del la elaboración de BOM’s.
- Realizar medibles de la exactitud de los BOM’s.
- Asegurarse que se generen las ayudas visuales de proceso, revisar la programación diaria para revisar si se agregaron nuevos números de parte.
- Efectuar cambios de ingeniería requeridos a través de desviaciones.
- Asistir a las juntas de APQP, asegurarse que se documenten los issues.
- Llevar a cabo juntas de incorporación de partes nuevas y/o cambios de revisión.
- Revisar que las fechas de llegada de equipo se cumplan, si hay algún contratiempo ver que se documente en el APQP.
- Coordinar con Imp/exp que se tenga la clasificación del producto terminado a exportar.
- Coordinar con Ingeniería de Programa el set up de componentes nuevos y que no se usen en la planta con el departamento comprar (materia prima).
- Asegurarse que se publique el ramp up /ramp down, time chart de los proyectos que se vean a través de APQP
- Asistir a el departamento de producción en la elaboración de los prototipos, ver que se tengan/pidan los componentes nuevos para su construcción.
- Coordinar los RFA de proyectos.
- Elaboración de inventario de activos fijos en coordinación con el encargado de activos en la planta.
- Verificación y aprobación de master, prototipos y PPAP’s. Actualización de bases de datos para componentes.
- Cumplir con los requerimientos ambientales, de seguridad y salud expuestos en la legislación y regulaciones relacionados a nuestras actividades y productos, así como aquellos requisitos de MASS establecidos por la comunidad, nuestros clientes y otros a los cuales estamos suscritos.

Perfil Requerido

Educación experiência:

- Licenciatura Ingeniería Industrial
- 3 a 5 años de experiência.

Habilidades técnicas
- Conocimientos para la fabricación de arneses preferentemente
- Balanceos de línea
- Lectura e interpretación de planos
- APQP
- Inglés intermedio
