- Order products and control stocks to our Latin America terminals,
- Interact with Sales / Customer Service /Logistics and other departments to provide and,
where possible, improve the service offering to customers, including stock levels,
demand, projections, etc.,
- Be responsible for inventory control, which includes stock rotation optimization and
management of aging stocks,
- Work in collaboration with the Sales and S&OP departments to maintain relevant forecast
data for laminate sales in the respective area,
- Analyze & maintain laminate stocks at distribution sites,
- Manage the cross-continental product flows to optimize the service to Customers and
optimize costs of service,
- Prepare regular KPI’s and develop corrective actions if needed, be responsible for
deployment of business statistics, including the compilation, refinement of data and
creation of Supply Chain Procurement functional monthly report,
- Together with Planning Managers, generate collaborative forecasting and planning,
including sales and operations, supply and demand, and resource optimization, define
and implement contingency actions to fix too low stocks or stockout situations,
- Develop and maintain process maps and procedures of respective area including looking
for process improvements,
- Coach and develop the Supply Chain planning team, be in charge of continued staff and
process development to create a process lead and continuous improvement focused organization.
Who you are:
- You have 5 years’ experience in supply planning area or similar and minimum 2 years’ experience in leading team,
- You have great leadership and communication skills as well as highly developed analytical skills,
- You have an ability to prioritize and organize your own work and work of the team
- You have strong networking, team working and relationship building capabilities,
- You demonstrate result-driven way of working and out-of-the-box thinking,
- You are able to assimilate information from a range of sources while maintaining focus on
a broad range of detailed information,
- You are able to focus on value-added work and cost savings,
- You are able to analyze and solve problems in a fast and systematic manner,
- You have good practical knowledge of using electronic office tools (ERP systems, Power
BI, Tableau, MS Office),
- You are fluent in English and Spanish.
Certifications required:
- University degree in Economics, Supply Chain management - mandatory
- APICS certificate
