Buscamos un **Customer Experience Intern** apasionado por crear experiências memorables para nuestros usuarios a través de llamadas telefónicas, mensajes de texto, o mails, resolver problemas, y dar lo mejor de sí mismo cada día.
**El rol**:
En este rol tendrás la oportunidad de diseñar e implementar procesos que aumenten la satisfacción en nuestros usuarios. Hacer equipo con tech y operations logrando resolver cualquier requerimiento del usuario en tiempo record
**Lo que lograrás**:
- Volverte experto en identificar las necesidades de nuestros usuarios y en brindarles la mejor solución.
- Ser el punto de contacto entre el usuario y el equipo tech para resolver cualquier problema e implementar el mejor proceso.
- Brindar un genuino interés a nuestros usuarios, a través de respuestas optimistas y en el mejor tiempo posible.
- Ser un verdadero embajador Parco en cada contacto con el usuario
**Lo que necesitarás**:
- Experiência en roles de servicio al cliente (deseable)
- Habilidad de ponerte en los zapatos del usuario
- Disfrutar aprender y buscar la mejor manera de resolver problemas
- Actitud positiva y muchas ganas de poner en práctica tus habilidades
- Aceptar el reto de entrar a una startup en crecimiento
