**Site Manager**

Ecolab está buscando hombres y mujeres para desempeñarse como **Site Manager **y unirse al equipo Nalco Water, líder en la industria. En este puesto, gestionará y desarrollará relaciones de clientes de larga data, con un enfoque en exceder las expectativas del cliente e impulsar la prestación de servicios. Tendrá un enfoque práctico para prestar servicio y entregar valor a través del desarrollo y la gestión de proyectos técnicos para resolver problemas del cliente.

**Lo que harás**:

- Revisión de checklist
- Revisión de bitácoras
- Análisis de resultados de laboratorio
- Elaboración de reportes
- Administración del sitio, facilitador de la planta, inventarios y solicitud de químicos
- Elaboración de análisis de riesgo y procedimientos.
- Comunicación directa con cliente. Empatía con el cliente.
- Supervisar trabajos de operador.
- Revisión y cumplimiento del alcance de servicio.

- Su zona de alcance incluye: San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí

Horario y turnos: Rol de turnos de Lunes a viernes de 08:00 a.m. a 05:00 p.m. y Sábado de 08:00 a.m. a 12:00 p.m.

**Requisitos Minimos**:
Licenciatura o Ing. truncas o concluidas Química, Ambiental, Industrial, Electromecánicas o afines

Exp. de 1 a 2 años en PTAR, DAF, tratamiento de aguas, torres de enfriamiento, sistemas de generación de vapor, ósmosis inversa, atención al cliente a nível industrial, seguridad industrial, industria química, mantenimiento de equipos (preventivo y correctivos) mantenimientos menores válvulas, bombas, etc. instalación de líneas de dosificación y conocimiento básico de herramientas. Manejo de paquetería Office.
Experiência en manejo de personal.

**Requisitos fisicos**:
Debe poder acceder y sentirse cómodo trabajando en una variedad de condiciones y ser capaz de realizar las tareas esenciales del puesto.

**Requisitos Deseables**:
Experiência en el tratamiento de agua o en la industria química especializada.
Conocimiento práctico de calderas, torres de enfriamiento y sistemas de tratamiento de aguas residuales.
Facilidad para tratar con grandes clientes nacionales y multinacionales
