**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
PFNA Purchasing Coordinator ( L08): Will be accountable for supporting 1 L07 Sr. analyst, and L06´s Indirect Purchasing Analysts. These position will report to MBS Indirect Purchasing. Manager. These roles will Manage PFNA Purchasing and Payables teams: ensure supervisors execute work planning for the teams on proper and timely manner, ensure metrics achievement, issues escalations, etc. Will act as focal point for Service Ops and Manufacturing Directors & Sector for issues escalations; connect with upstream and downstream process teams, to ensure invoices are processed and vendors are paid on time and provide support to business and finance on purchasing and expense processing. Will Ensures service is delivered on time, with high quality results, achieving KPI’s, SLA’s, and Leads and ensures compliance of invoice processing. In addition, will be responsible for communication and change management for stakeholders (Service Ops and Manufacturing Directors - Sector - NASS ) and will lead PGT implementation for both teams.

As Indirect Purchasing Analysts your responsibilities would consist of:
**P**FNA Indirect Purchasing Supervisor**: will lead a team of buyers who support PFNA Purchasing operation:
- Act as focal point for Service Ops and Manufacturing Directors & Sector for issues escalations.
- Connect with upstream and downstream process teams, to ensure invoices are processed and vendors are paid on time.
- Provide support to business and finance on expense processing.
- Ensures service is delivered on time, with high quality results, achieving KPI’s, SLA’s.
- Responsible for communication and change management for stakeholders (Service Ops and Manufacturing Directors - Sector - GBS Controls )
- Leads and ensures compliance of invoice processing.
- Lead PGT implementation.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
**Education**
- Bachelor’s in Engineering with experience in Purchasing, Procurement or Finance
**Experience**
- Advanced English level (writing and speaking) due to the interaction with USA Teams.
- 3+ years of experience coordinator
- Lean certification desirable.
- Strong analytical background, with an ability to analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions.
- Software Knowlegde:
- Office 365 tools (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- Desirable Oracle
- Desirable SAP S4/Hana
- Availability to Travel to USA
