**We are a fast growing logistics company. With headquarters offices located in USA and Operational offices in Mexico.**

**Our Expedite Logistics department is currently looking for a person able to fulfill the activities for the Human Resources Manager.**

**Requirements**:

- Career in Psychology, Administration.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package
- **Must be bilingual in English: B2 level minimum, C1 preferred**
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships between our staff
- Hire the best employees for optimal development of our company, with interviews, resume views and psychometric tests.
- Able to negotiate salaries with the future new crew.
- Communicates with our staff to provide information like holidays, birthdays, holidays, goals, gatherings, all this to create a pleasant atmosphere.
- Manages the scheduling with our staff to emphasize the maximum performance of these.
- Excellent presentation

**What we offer**:

- Base salary
- Excellent commission program
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00am - 4:00pm / 8:00am - 5:00pm)
- Location: San Pedro Garza Garcia
