**What will you be doing?**

Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering or related field required; master's degree preferred
- 15+ years of experience in demand generation, design & delivering automation solutions at scale and integration across multi-functional SRE area.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in developing & implementing solutions at global scale.
- 5+ years experience developing scripting for OS, storage, network using Python, Powershell and REST API's like Python, Java, Go, Phyton, C/C++, Rhino for automating repetitive tasks, prototyping automations, and testing
- Must have hands-on experience in OS and Platforms in cloud (Azure preferred), PCF, Kubernetes, Linux, Windows, VMware.
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS setup, configuration, and management (both laaS and PaaS) as well as hybrid models with datacenters
- Experience in developing & implementation of Automation & AlOps framework in a complex global environment is a big plus. Proven technical expertise in one or more of the following:

- AIOPS, observability, & automation tools & frameworks: Moogsoft, Big Panda, UiPath, ServiceNow Integrator HUB, Looms, Robotic Processing Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (Al) and Machine Learning (ML) Frameworks, DataDog, Jaeger, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK-Elastic, Kibana, Kafka, CloudWatch, Jaeger, Zipkin, Kinesis, Apache Airflow, Focus Run, TWS, SAP Solman, Focus Run, Nimsoft, ELK, AppDynamics, Splunk, IBM BigFix
- ITSM and ITOM, especially using ServiceNow
- Databases: Oracle, SQL, Mongo, Hadoop, Cloudera, Spark, Teradata, and SQL server
- API development using 3rd party libraries and REST APIs
- Enterprise Architecture experience
- Linux and Windows OS experience
- Development expertise in Java, Python, PowerShell, and shell scripting
