RHI Magnesita is seeking a dynamic Customer Sales Representative Senior located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, MX
The CSR Senior will be responsible for developing, managing, and providing support services to the sales force and internal support of the organization, including creating and confirming orders in the system, opening, and implementing accounts, direct customer contact, order reconciliation & escalations, warehouse support and invoicing process assistance.
This position full
- time will report to the Head of Commercial Management NAM. The CSR Professional will travel both domestically and internationally with about 15% travel time.
**The CSR Professional’s tasks include**:
- Assisting commercial teams with sales reporting and escalations protocols
- Solving order processing issues from customers and resolving internal complaints
- Advising customers on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc
- Act as support between customers, production, and distribution departments
- Selecting, managing, and training on sales related systems and databases
- Assisting sales teams with group account and sales territory planning
**About you**
Do you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in international Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Business or related
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in customer service
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required / French is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly, understand business systems, and adapt to urgent requirements
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite of products, specifically basic Excel skills - data entry / reports / create basic spreadsheets.
- Advance knowledge in SAP
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision
- High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
