**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish;
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment;
- MUST maintain strong attention to detail;
- Assist our clients over the phone with their requests and answer their questions;
- Achieve a high level of productivity with great accuracy;
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands;
- Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments;
- Organization skills;
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns;

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer calls from existing customers
- Maintain the highest level of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude even with a high volume of inbound calls.
- Assist client inquiries, managing complaints and provide information to the client if needed.
- Maintaining case management system and client contact
- Preparing and translating client declarations, birth certificates, marriage certificates, and other legal documents.

**Qualifications**
- Speak English and Spanish with full proficiency
- Excellent verbal skills
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong background with performance-based metrics
- Resourceful and motivated to solve issues as they arise
- Customer service and sales attitude
- Calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented
- Organized
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Effective communicator
- Be comfortable navigating multiple windows and tabs on a desktop computer.

**Schedule**:

- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Monday to Friday

Pay: $11,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 34270, Durango, Dgo.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
