To support Digital Content Producer (DCP), Operations, Production, Data Analytics and Medical team to accomplish projects goals by developing, executing, and monitoring process, localizations, campaigns, content, and digital assets creation in collaboration with cross-functional teams managing internal and external stakeholders. Measuring and maximizing impact based on frequent monitoring of metric performance according to KPIs, optimizing as needed.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Act as main point of contact for internal and external team members and stakeholders, including customers, from project kick-off through execution.-
- Coordinate project activities to deliver projects to agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality, enabling benefits realization.- Work closely with country local teams to align on content development and localization to ensure implementation across platforms and countries, based on market digital strategy and objectives.- Work closely with cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure meeting goals and deadlines, based on defined timelines, risks/issues are addressed, and project milestones are achieved for content development, implementation, and approval on end-to-end process.- Digital campaigns implementation processes.- Create monthly metric performance reports by project/country.- Monitor and analyze metric performance KPIs by project/country.- Provide actionable insights to optimize both campaigns performance metrics, and process.- Close follow up on projects activities and requests.- Identify digital marketing trends and developments.

Experience required:
- Bachelor’s Degree on Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field.- Proven +3 years of work experience on marketing, digital or advertising teams.- Proven experience with digital campaigns creation and management and digital strategies execution.

Skills required:
- Great Project Management skills, Displaying good multitasking abilities- Proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish.- Highly motivated and creative individual- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Good time management and organizational skills- Strong communication and presentation skills- A team player and ability to work independently- Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines- Ability to offer excellent customer service- Understanding of SEO/SEM, marketing automation- Microsoft Office- Familiarity with various digital marketing tools and software like Google Analytics, Sitecore, SFMC- Familiarity with Social media platforms and advertisement campaigns. Experience overseeing an implement social media campaigns.- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and customer services, to encourage high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.- Must be able to pay close attention to details
