How will you make an impact in this role?

Revenue Growth & Partner Strategy Manager

This role is responsible for designing revenue growth and innovation strategies for the portfolio through continuous negotiation with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams while always putting customers' satisfaction first.

**Responsibilities**:
Accountable for:

- High-value strategic business involvement: Design revenue growth and innovation strategies for the portfolio with high focus on Premium customers and travel industry.
- P&L Leadership: Identify, develop and implement high value initiatives towards revenue, growth and cost efficiencies while always putting service excellence and customer satisfaction first.
- Negotiation: deep understanding & high-value collaboration with partners and cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Legal, Product, Compliance, Acquisition, etc) for strategy definition and implementation.
- Continually improving performance by leading business cases and assuring implementation across teams.
- Leading, developing & presenting 360 business cases to support strategic decision making.
- Accountable for leading and developing high-performance team.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3-year minimum experience as Manager in Revenue Growth Management, Innovation, Business Consultancy, Finance or related.
- Highly resilient, proactive and motivated individual with desire to work on ambitious projects and ability to break down complex ideas into understandable and actionable messages.
- Superb communication/presentation skills: assertive communication (visual and oral) with Top Management, partners & cross-functional teams in Spanish and English.
- Superior analytical skills: creative, data driven & result oriented.
- Top interpersonal skills: candid, clear and assertive.
- Negotiation skills: capable of understanding and balancing external necessities while prioritizing business & customer needs.
- "Customer First" mindset - having in mind excellence in service and delivery.
- Curious and receptive to external and cross-functional ideas, constant seeker of trends and innovation.
