Associate Desktop Support Coordinator

**Resumen del puesto**:
Proporciona asistencia a los usuarios de ordenadores de sobremesa, ordenadores portátiles, tabletas, dispositivos de comunicación móviles, impresoras y equipos de oficina. La asistencia puede ser presencial o remota. Las actividades incluyen el aprovisionamiento, la instalación/configuración, la resolución de problemas, la impartición de formación básica, la orientación técnica y la asistencia al cliente sobre el uso de todos los equipos. Responde a las llamadas relacionadas con las interrupciones del sistema, la solución de problemas y la resolución de los problemas de los usuarios que se encuentran en el lugar o que trabajan a distancia. Se esfuerza por cumplir o superar los acuerdos de nível de servicio (SLA).
**Principales responsabilidades**:
- Se familiariza con los conceptos, las prácticas y las metodologías del Soporte de Escritorio.
- Con la orientación, aprende a realizar las tareas de soporte de escritorio, que incluyen:
- Instalar y configurar el hardware y el software básico de las estaciones de trabajo,
- Garantizar la conectividad del sistema,
- Proporcionar soporte de primera línea a los usuarios,
- Solucionar problemas de hardware, software y conectividad,
- Ayudar a instalar y actualizar el software antivirus y a descontaminar los sistemas infectados,
- Ayudar a los traslados de los usuarios, incluida la desinstalación y reinstalación,
- Ayudar a los servicios de reparación de ordenadores de sobremesa, portátiles e impresoras,
- Recopilar y registrar los datos del inventario de los sistemas.
- Aprende y cumple con las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa en materia de ordenadores de sobremesa, periféricos y conectividad.
- Aprende cómo las acciones impactan en los SLAs.
- Asiste en proyectos especiales según se le asigne.
**Cualificaciones necesarias**:
Título de licenciatura y 0*2 años de experiência pertinente o una combinación equivalente de formación y experiência.
