Sr. Sales Engineer

**_Job Summary_**
Meet with engineering firms, architectural firms, consultants, end users, and others to deliver technical presentations, write specifications, and build and grow key customer relationships within a given territory, also responsible for product training for internal and external audiences. This position needs strong technical knowledge and strong communication skills to be able to propose the specific product and solutions to the customers. Identify new opportunities or markets to improve the results in a growing trend. The role will work closely with Marketing team, coordinate / train on products, services and solutions to different customers, commercial pricing strategies and cost model support.
**_Job Responsibilities_**
- Ensure pull through in the sales channel by working with regional sales management and partnering with key distribution personnel.
- Work cross-functionally across the enterprise to identify key influencers, define gaps in products or services, and develop and implement the necessary tools to capitalize on opportunities.
- Develop, update, and execute a regional penetration plan.
- Effectively develop and deliver product sales & services seminars.
- Work closely with customers to ensure that high levels of quality and service are delivered in the territory.
- Promote and implement a strategic plan to improve sales of equipment and solutions.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Stay abreast of new technology, market developments, appropriate standard societies, and competitor offerings in the assigned region.
- Report trends and developments to appropriate sales, marketing, and management personnel
- Support new product releases and new/adjacent account development.
- Create sales forecast in all product lines according to the assigned region.
- Create a plan for the inventory in the regional sales offices.

**Qualifications**:
**_ Qualifications_**
- Education level required: _Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Electrical, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering or similar field
- Years and area of experience required:_ 1-3 Years working in a specification-based industry and engineering experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Technical Knowledge:_
- Advance knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Ability to learn, grow, and deal with ambiguity and change.
- Must have advance level verbal and written English skills required.
- Ability to respond to a variety of challenging circumstances
- Knowledge and experience in power quality and industry market.
- Basic Medium and low voltage knowledge.
