**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Genaral office management.
- Assets management including office, housing, cars and compters.
- House leasing and contracts.
- Responsible for expat visas.
- Organize team building or other events.
- Daily new requests follow up.
- Maintain the image of the reception to offices in a clean and orderly manner.
- Take care and ensure office tools such as pens, pencils, typewriter sheets, micas, among others.
- Keep the HR file updated.
- Organization and coordination of organizational culture events
- Coordinate cafeteria and transportation.
- Travel arrangements and coordination of visits to CFM
- Punctual payment of housing services CFM visits (rent, electricity, water, gas, Btus, etc.
- Coordination of meeting rooms
- Migration
- **REQUIREMENTS**

Bachelor degree.
- Spanish and English speaking.
- 1 years of working experience.
- Have service oriented mindset, work flexibility and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supplier chain, Commercial Management, Administration, or such.
- +1 year of experience at front desk service and
- English proficiency spoken and written.
- Microsoft Office
- Experience in travel booking, housing research and hotel reservation.
- Knowledge on immigration is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
