**Location/Division Specific Information**

At our facilities in El Rubi, Tijuana BC

**How will you make an impact? (Objective)**

Plans, organizes, directs, and controls all the production activities to ensure that the finished goods produced meet volume, quality and cost requirements within the established time in an efficient way.

**What will you do? (Responsibilities)**
- Direct responsible for the Production Program and for the levels of efficiency, regarding the requirements established by Quality as well as control of scrap.
- Supervise the preparation of production reports and completion dates.
- Supervise and evaluate procedures designed to improve production methods,
- equipment use and quality of finished goods.
- Formulate, negotiate and manages the department’s objectives and budgets, as well as the strategies and action plans to achieve those objectives.
- Able to verify and approve standard operating procedures (SOP) of the production activities.
- Responsible of select, train, motivate and develop the manufacturing associates, as well as acting as a facilitator.
- Responsible of promote and maintain interdepartmental harmony.
- Responsible of attend internal and external audits (such as ISO 9000 and ISO 13485) referent to his area.
- Applies management principles, assuring that 4 I's and Code of Ethics and Conduct are observed and followed by his/her team.
- Perform evaluations and promote discipline among the team.
- Participate in the training needs identification to his/her team.
- Develop charts to track customers demand and headcount forecast.

**How will you get here?**

Bachelor degree required. Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.

At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment, molding area is a plus.

Basic English level

Strong leadership skills.

Knowledge of Supply Chain Management (MRP, kanban, plan-ning).

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and PPI Tools.
