Team Overview:
In this role you will be able to evolve within the engagement team of Didi credit card.

You will be part of the different lifecycle phases of the users journey and will be in charge of the design, develop and implement & analyze, strategies and campaigns that will engage our users with the product

You will be in charge of setting up communications and collaborate with other teams to align campaigns, understanding customer behaviors, building benchmarks and competition research.

Role Responsibilities:

- In charge to implement strategies for the engagement team aligning with different teams of the business
- Analyze results and collaborate on the credit card strategy
- Build benchmarks of the competition in order to suggest testing campaigns
- Setting up the campaigns communication on our internal channels
- Reporting and dashboard development for a better data visualization

Role Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Working experience 1+ years
- Proficient written and verbal English communication
- Desire to learn
- SQL
- Data Driven
